He was a longtime member of Haverhill Country Club serving as Treasurer and was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing cards. He was a member of Temple Emanu-El in Haverhill also serving as Treasurer, B’nai B’rith, and the Newburyport Masonic Lodge. She was born in Haverhill Oct. 15, 1924 the beloved daughter of the late George and Irene Goodwin, was educated in the Haverhill Public Schools and was a Graduate of Haverhill High School class of l942.
His favorite time was spent with his family and friends. Bill is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 16 years, Elizabeth Cronin; his two sons, Keith W. Cronin and Sean E. Cronin; uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sanft was the wife of the late Fred D. Sanft who died in 1992 and her survivors include 3 daughters, Judy M. Sanft of Methuen, Heidi S. Ortkiese and her husband Jerry of Lincoln, NH, Deborah A. Nelan and her fiancé Joseph Morin of New Hampton, NH, 6 grandchildren and their spouses, Dayle L. Bingman, James N. And Erin Bingman Robert G. Bingman and fiancé Jen Drolet, Pamela S. Sanft, Lynn M.

She is also survived by her loving sister Agnes Kelly, with whom she resided of Groveland, and her brother Leo D. Kelly and his wife Alice of Elizabeth City, NC. His survivors include his wife of 51 years, Ruth Cotton of Haverhill, 2 sons, Jim and his wife Jean Cotton of Hampton Falls, NH, Dan Cotton of N. Hampton, NH, 2 brothers, Vern and Keith Cotton both of Groveland, a sister, Cheryl Kelly of Shoreham, NY, 5 grandchildren, Jonathan, Bradley, Amy, Michael and Billy Cotton, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the wife of the late Harold McClintock who died in 1997 and her survivors include 2 daughters, Donna M.

Many nights were spent around “Gramie’s table” where help was dispensed on homework or advice given on life’s problems. Her children and grandchildren were inspired by her lively intellect and love of history; even well into her nineties, she enjoyed challenging games of trivia with her family. Through her support and encouragement, they all acquired the educational and personal accomplishment that she so admired.

She was predeceased by her sister Mary Devery, and her brothers, Michael, John and Clement Kelly. Mrs. Lambert attended Groveland schools and worked at various jobs including map making during WWII in Washington, DC, First National Grocery, Cannon’s Market and Chesterton’s of Groveland. Mrs. Veronica V. Lambert, 90, a lifelong resident of Groveland, passed away peacefully on Saturday Feb. 10th, with her family by her side at the Hannah Duston Healthcare Center in Haverhill. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, 26 White St. Haverhill, MA, 01830. He ran the factories for 43 years, until he retired, in 1980.

She was the wife of the late Daniel M. Thornton who died in 1991, and her survivors include 2 sons, D. Of Hampton, NH, a daughter, Mary E. Colby of Plaistow, NH, 9 grandchildren, Michael E., Robert S. And Susan L. Colby, John T. Thornton, Kathleen G. Bennett, Daniel E., David M. Thornton , Kathryn A. Conrad, and T. Brennan Thornton, 10 great grandchildren, a sister Eleanor Welch of Haverhill, and several nieces and nephews. His survivors include his wife of 56 years Barbara J. Bartlett of Haverhill, a son Robert M.

A lifelong resident of Haverhill, Nellie had attended the Haverhill Public Schools and was a l938 Graduate of Haverhill High School. Mr. Roy M. Simpson, 65 of Haverhill, died Saturday at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers surrounded by his family. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Friends of The Haverhill Public Library, 99 Main St., Haverhill, MA 01830.

She is also survived by five grandchildren; Margaret,Rebecca,Benjamin,Sarah and Andrew. Muriel M. Dickinson, 83 of Methuen, formerly of Haverhill died January 10, 2007 at The Nevins Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre in Methuen. A private graveside service is planned at the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen. Prior to her retirement Beverly had been employed for over 35 years as a Layout Operator at former Western Electric Co in No. As a child her family came to Haverhill where she was educated in the Haverhill Public Schools and attended Haverhill High School.
At an early age Suzanne’s family moved to Newburyport, where she attended the Newburyport Public Grammar Schools. They later moved to Weymouth where she was a graduate of Weymouth High School. She was a graduate of Groveland High School, Class of 1940. Mary was employed at various shoe factories including Lincoln Shoe. She later was employed at the former Hale Hospital for over 30 years.
Hampstead, NH, and Jensen Beach, FL, died Tuesday evening at his home in E. Calling hours will be Friday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Along with his wife they operated Puddle-Dock Antiques. He enjoyed reading, literature, skiing and was a member of the Haverhill Historical Society.
And Aaron J. Zaino, Zakkary A., Nicole M., and Dominic J. Castellano, Ashley J., Keighley B., and MacKenzie K. Credit, and Sean George Credit, as well as several nieces and nephews. His survivors include a son, Mark J.A. Cagnetta and his wife Kathy of Manchester, NH, two daughters, Patrice F. McColley and her husband John of Haverhill, Michele B. Cagnetta of Sherman Oaks, CA, three sisters, Mary Curcio of Haverhill, Jennie DePalma of Braintree, Lena Cataldo of E. Weymouth, 3 grandchildren, Meredith and Michael Cagnetta, and Gianna McColley, as well as several nieces and nephews.
And his wife Florie Zenga of Haverhill, a daughter, Karen and her husband David Rizzo of Everett, 2 sisters, Constance Granara of East Boston, Elaine Carbonello of Everett, 6 grandchildren, Justin and Samantha Rizzo, Jared, Olivia, Erika and Sara Zenga, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was the husband of the late Yvonne A. Collins who died in 1980 and his survivors include a son, Richard W. Collins, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth E. Of Haverhill, a daughter, Kathleen A. Colby and her husband Luther of Amesbury, a brother, John Collins of Haverhill, , a grandson, Paul A. She was the former wife of the late Nicholas Christopher and her survivors include 3 sons, Christos N. Of Derry, NH, Denise M. Durgin of Haverhill, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was married to the late Shirley Feigenbaum and after her death in April of 1991 he lived part time in Haverhill and Lake Worth Florida. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Tuesday at 9 a.m. Main St. Bradford, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m in Sacred Hearts Church. A lifelong motorsports enthusiast, he enjoyed riding and racing motorcycles and cars throughout New England. Mr. Howes also enjoyed mountain biking and cherished spending time with his family. She was employed as a payroll clerk for the former New England Sears Comp.
